1998 Chevrolet S10 LS 4.3L Vacuum Actuators
We could clearly hear the switch leaking vacuum and none of the changing modes would happen. After panel replacement, still no change. After closer inspection we found all vacuum acuators have an oily substance in them, one actuator has the diaphram coming out...
