The blower does not work on any speeds,traced wiring back there is only 1.3 volts at #6 fuse 20 amp, htr/a/c fuse,if you pull fuse out there is battery voltage there,as soon as you put fuse back in, voltage goes down to 1.3 volts. There is 1.3 volts at #12 fus...
