1999 Ford F-250 Super Duty Lariat 7.3L shift
Truck can be started and driven, but shifts early at low RPMs; cannot get full power. If truck is put in neutral or park the overdrive light comes on and the truck starts running/idling terrible. If you shut the key off and start the truck up again it will run...
