Thank to who read this, this trans will go into OD but will not lock torque converter. I test all three wire, Pin 37 power supply from ECM to tranny good 12V. Pin 52 Shift solenoid 3-4 good, Pin 53 TCC control good, I also check resistance both solenoid around...
