2001 Ford F-350 Super Duty XL 7.3L Torque converter
Once converter locks up it cycles on and off. The command state changes on the sccan tool so it is being commanded down. Appears to be in a rythmic cycle. Have ran movies of all data streams and all appears to be normal. AP is flat, RPM flat untill unlock. BOO...
