1998 Ford Windstar 3.0L 3.0L 2-3 Shift
This windstar will occasionally- but not always not shift
from 2nd to third or fourth. At that time, the speedometer
will stay at Zero. I am thinking that it is the Vehicle
Speed Sensor that has an intermittent problem.
