1990 Ford Thunderbird Super Coupe 3.8L Ignition Control
did the basics; check fuses etc...car will sometimes start but will run kinda rough...koeo slow test gives codes 19 and 96...replaced numbers matching eec for code 19 and traced circuits for code 96 to no avail...when it acts up it cranks like its outta time. ...
