2000 Ford Windstar LX 3.8L Front Wiper Motor Parking
hey ford techs i am having trouble with the front wiper system and all the guys and me are pulling their hairs out. what happens is when i turn the wipers on they work fine but when i turn the wipers off they do not move to the bottom of the windshield like it...
