2006 Ford E-250 4.6L Engine
We have a well maintained high mileage Ford 4.6 in here. It has an engine noise intermittently. Customer says sometimes it is very loud then will go away. I have heard it once and it sounds like valve train. By the time I got the engine cover off it went away....
