2009 Ford F-250 Super Duty FX4 5.4L Lifters Chattering on Start Up of Engine
engine came in with lifter chatter /rattle on start up installed new hydrolic adjusters new chain tensioners and freash oil and filters still has same noise . when engine runs 30 to 45 seconds noise gos away allow engine to sit for approx an hour dose the same...
