I've had this Merc. Mistake in the shop for a week and a half. Originally, It had codes for the downstream O2 sensor Bank1, IMRC stuck closed and TCC solenoid. Got the O2 problem fixed. Checked the IMRC. It operates as designed but the monitor circuit is open ...
