1999 Mercury Villager 3.3L Fuel Control

basically I can't pinpoint vaccum leak with out pulling it apart I am wandering if anyone has seen or seen it often? is it intake gaskets? i've tried propane and carb clean with no results there is a definite hissing from somewhere near the back side of plenum
