1999 Ford Expedition XLT 4.6L PATS Odometer
The theft light is flashing when turning over .. the obd wont read to have another key programmed due to the odometer reading dashes across it. Tried the fuel pump relay tried replacing cluster tried replacing the pcm and ecu but yet i get the same outcome ......
