2006 Mercury Grand Marquis LS 4.6L Seatbelt Light / Low Fuel Light
I test power & grounds (loaded circuits)to ICM- at times I have a B1318 (low voltage) ICM fault code, clear code goes away and might come back. I noticed the RCM reads belt buckled or unbuckled all the time correctly no matter what the light is telling me, BUT...
