2006 Mercury Grand Marquis LS 4.6L Wiper Motor
This vehicles wipers intermittantly will not shut off. Also intermittently they will not turn on except for high speed & then will not go to park but will stop wherever they are in the cycle. Sometimes if you cycle the ignition switch the problem will complete...
