1998 Mercury Sable GS 3.0L EAM Airpump
Inspected 30 amp Maxi fuse. Remove fuse, and check for
continuity from fuse block to connector for EAM solid state
relay circuit A. Most of the time nothing showing on DVOM.
Remove bottom cover for fuse block to inspect wire.
