2002 Ford Thunderbird 3.9L Instrument Panel
I sent IC out to ford recommended repair facility. No IC available to purchase. IC ok but no power to cluster on 7 wire to instrument cluster on 11 wire from FEM. My question is terminal 11 (blu/red) out of FEM suppose to be voltage at all times with key on or...
