1999 Ford Windstar LX 3.8L Rear Lighting
no rr stop light, no backup lights, no lr turn signal, no 3rd brake light. checked all circuits, jumped terminal 30 to 87 in switched power relay #3, still have no power to fuse #7 & #12 in fuse box inside vehicle. Has anyone seen this before? Thank you in adv...
