1995 Lincoln Town Car Executive 4.6L Warning chime, power windows
With key out of the ignition and the drivers door open the warning chime dings very fast. Close the door and the chime quits. The windows can be operated with out the key being on & when the key is in out of the ignition lock cylinder. The clock does not work....
