Ford F-150 battery drain, Please help!

This truck has a 250mA battery drain, traced it down to fuse 15(5A) feed for the gem and brakepedal position switch.

I know about the 45min wait for it to go to sleep. I have waited as much as 2hrs for the gem to power ...
