2000 Lincoln Navigator 5.4L No Start
getting start voltage to fuse #21 and not down to the dtr
but also have 4.3 volts befor crank to fuse 20 ann 21 not
sure i'm supposed to have any there also made it run buy
jumping the start sel and retrieved 5 codes po708 po713
