2001 Ford Crown Victoria 4.6L Clock
The dealer says the problem is in the radio itself, but they have never seen this before and almost admit they are guessing. There are 2 multi-pin connectors on the back, only one is plugged in. cannot say for sure if the other ever had a connector in it or no...
