1998 Ford Mustang GT 4.6L Lock cylinder
The lock cylinder will not turn to the "off" posotion. I removed the cylinder and it will turn to all positions freely. So I pulled the center consoleand jumpered the two wires from the shifter and it still will not release. Where to next?
