2002 Ford Explorer XLT 4.6L Instrument Panel
Explorer came in with complaint of instrument panel inoperative and no turn signals. Customer could not say how long they had not been working or what was doing (if anything when quit) Found Fuse 21 blown in fuse box below dash. Replaced fuse. Everything start...
