this one kinda got me stumped, the speedo is in-op,.perform all the test mitchell recommends,..harness check,etc. all pass,...start vehicle on lift with volt meter plugged in where speedo plugs in,..get AC voltage, 1.3 to 1.5,..cant get any higher as the tract...
