1998 Ford Taurus SE 3.0L Cooling Fans, A/C Clutch
With key in run position the fans run on high speed, also the a/c clutch engages w/ key on. The PCM is grounding the fan control relay, but pid on NGS scan tool says that the fans are not requested on, nor a fault in the low or high speed fan relay ckts. I hav...
