1991 Mercury Capri 1.6L MIL Lamp on
I need some help on this one. I have a 91 capri that has an engine light on all the time. Code 03 cid sensor. The yellow wire from the eca to the cid sensor has no resistance. The ground at the distributor is ok. VPWR is 12 v at distributor. I have 12V at both...
