2005 Ford Escape Hybrid 2.3L No Start, MIL Lamp on
Codes sets when Leakage resistance falls below 190K for 10 seconds or below 66K at any time. After 2 failed trips battery goes off line and vehicle will not start. Spec is 950K-1.33M ohms. No real test procedure as this is the high voltage system "leaking"...
