2010 Ford E-450 Super Duty 6.8L MIL Lamp on
Smoke tested it and found the nipple bonded to the left
valve cover broken off. Replaced valve cover smoked tested
again and found no more vacuum leaks. Installed known good
mass air flow sensor. Test drove again and the p0171 came
back.
