2003 Mercury Grand Marquis GS 4.6L No Start, MIL Lamp on, No communication
2003 Mercury came in on a tow truck as a crank - no start. Customer stated the vehicle lost power a couple times but came out of it. Then it died and would not start. Hooked up scanner but no communication. Noticed PATS light and check engine light would blink...
