2002 Mercury Cougar 2.5L No Start
This one is funny. After replacing the keys, lock cylinder and programing for those keys the ground still goes away from the starter relay. The security lamp does not light ever... There is little info on the PATS in this vehicle. My belief is that the PCM is ...
