1993 Mercury Topaz GS 2.3L Surge, Cuts out
This vehicle stumbles, surges and cuts out at any speed and
temperature but never when I have it. I fixed it once a
year ago when I replace the EGR feedback pressure sensor
and hose. Then I was able to get a code out of it then.
