Hey guys, this 99 f150 came with poor idle quality load/no loa, dtc P1583 IMRC stuck open. I've pulled off the plenum to gain access to the runner control valve. It ,oves when turning by hand. Linkages are a little sloppy but intact. 12v circuit good & ground ...
