2001 Mercury Grand Marquis GS 4.6L No Start
The ECM will not ground the fuel pump relay, other than
momentarily when the ignition key is first turned to "on".
If I toggle the key, the fuel pressure comes up, and the
car will start. But dies as the fuel pressure drops to
zero.
