1989 Ford LTD Crown Victoria LX 5.0L No Start
Ok here we go, this car was town in with a crank no start concern. We first checked fuel pressure and found 0psi present. Next we checked the fuel pump voltage while cranking, found 12.3V present. We found the fuel pump inop. WE continued and replaced the fuel...
