2003 Ford Escape XLT 3.0L Monitor will not run
Customer brought vehicle in for ca emissions inspection. Of the 5 monitors, evap and converter had not run. Customer drove vehicle close to 500 miles and still the evap and converter monitors will not run. The only common thread i can see between the condition...
