1988 Lincoln Town Car 5.0L Surge, Cuts out, Misfire
when test driven, starts to cut out above 65 mph, almost like its regulated not to exceed 65 mph. hard random surge/missfire and when you floor the gas pedal, its quits surge , but no accelleration or decelleration, back off the starts surge/missfires again.
