2003 Mercury Mountaineer 4.6L Surge, Stall
have a buzzing noise and vibration thru the air intake, really bad if you lift up air cleaner, can't figure out why. also starts surging when this happens. have put on 2 iac's. what am i missing???? going bald over this one.
