1997 Ford Expedition Eddie Bauer 4.6L No Start
Vehicle was towed into shop with a crank but no start condition. Client left home, got about 4 miles and vehicle quit. Got it into shop tested fuel pressure, intermittently 0 - 20 psi, fuel filter partially plugged, replaced fuel pump, filter, and relay. Still...
