2003 Ford Excursion Limited 6.8L Monitors
Monitors will not set on this vehicle. Will pass emissions, but failed test due to incomplete monitors. Truck has passed through Ford Dealerships and others, no solutions offered. Help needed to resolve or explain this. Thanks in Advance. John
