1998 Ford Windstar GL 3.8L No Start, Cuts out, Stall, Misfire
The vehicle would stall and missfire causing it to kill narrowed problem down to fuel pressure cannot get more than 15psi. i am getting 12 volts on the pink/black wire at the pump and if i apply a groung to the pump it will put out 60 psi. Have been told about...
