2003 Ford F-150 Lariat 5.4L Poor Idle Quality, Surge, bad spark knock
Help! This truck has a bad ping / spark knock while driving and it is up to full temperature. Doesn't seem to do it when cold. Has had induction cleaning performed. Cats seem to be ok and operating normal. Truck still has pretty good power , no noticeable loss...
