1999 Ford Ranger XL 3.0L No Start
found fuel pump relay not triggering and wire that comes from pcm to relay suppose to ground relay but its not instead when you turn key on i get 12 volts on that wire could it be bad pcm. i can get the truck started if i jump that wire to ground and fires rig...
