2000 Ford F-550 Super Duty XL 7.3L MIL Lamp on, No Communication
Can't communicate with the PCM. Checked DLC, found bad connection at fuse not allowing B+ to get to pin 16. Repaired bad connection, still no communication. Tested ground and circuits between PCM and DLC, all test good. According to tests it has a faulty PCM. ...
