2002 Lincoln Navigator 5.4L No Start, Fuel pump constantly
I have 12 Volts at the pump with key on engine off all the time and I have a good ground I did a voltage drop test on voltage side and ground side test okay if you unplug the fuel pump relay the vehicle will start after a few minutes it runs until fuel pressur...
