Hey Ford guys. After reprogramming pcm,tcm and ficm for shifting concerns -i wound up with a gremlin. My turbo will not come off of 85% on its on. I can go under turbo test and command turbo and it will respond as needed. If i leave turbo on 35% it runs pretty...
