2004 Ford Explorer NBX 4.0L No Start
This explorer is a no crank condition. Checked wiring to start relay and PCM is not providing ground to relay coil. Vehicle cranks fine but won't start with a remote start button. Pulled codes and found B1601 PATS code. No security light. When through the diag...
