2005 Ford F-150 XLT 5.4L Poor Idle Quality, Hesitation, Misfire, Poor Fuel Economy, MIL Lamp on
What could be causing this problem? This truck has the 3v 5.4l engine and is misfiring on all the LH cylinders most of the time (sounds like the cam might be out of time.)
