2006 Ford F-350 Super Duty XLT 6.0L Surge
This truck surges above 1500 rpm all the way up to WOT. It feels like it is corked up and then releases, and then repeats every 3-4 seconds. It surges whether in neutral or driving and the surge is roughly 200-300 rpm. Can really feel it at light acceleration....
