1999 Ford Crown Victoria 4.6L No Start, No ecm comunication
This vehicle came to our shop not running,once we tested we found no fuel pump actuation,voltage to fuel pumps is only 6.0 volts,applying 12 volts enables the pump but still it won't start,ther is no comunication to the scanner,the scanner turns on,but no comu...
